Allison McCowan is an associate at Grant & Eisenhofer, focusing her practice on antitrust litigation. Prior to joining G&E, Ms. McCowan worked as an associate at the Wilmington office of a national law firm where she practiced general commercial litigation.
From 2013-2014, Ms. McCowan was a law clerk for the Honorable James T. Vaughn Jr., President Judge of the Delaware Superior Court, now a Delaware Supreme Court Justice. She is a member of the Delaware State Bar Association and chairs the Young Lawyers Division.
Ms. McCowan earned her J.D. from Wake Forest University School of Law in 2013 where she was a member of the Wake Forest Journal of Business and Intellectual Property Law and the President of the Domestic Violence Advocacy Committee.
