Senior Litigation Support Analyst – Delaware Office

The Senior Litigation Support Analyst role provides technical support for electronic discovery projects, document production and document reviews. This position requires attention to detail, multi-tasking, analytical skills, great customer service skills as well as someone who works well in a team environment.

Must be able to work under the pressure of strict deadlines on multiple projects in a fast paced, high volume, production environment. Ideal candidate will have a minimum of 5 years litigation support experience in a law firm.


Help Desk Analyst – Delaware Office

The Help Desk Analyst provides end user support on the Firm’s applications and platforms. This position requires experience with document management systems, expertise in Microsoft Office, and knowledge in Microsoft Active Directory, account creation and virtual computing environments.

The Help Desk Analyst will be proficient with supporting Video Conferencing activities as well as supporting and securing mobile devices. Ideal candidate will have a minimum of 5 years of help desk experience in a law firm or professional services environment.
