We are accepting resumes for the following positions:

Litigation Attorneys - Minimum of 4 years experience in a large firm corporate and securities litigation practice. Must possess excellent writing skills, and be a highly motivated self-starter interested in hands-on participation in high-stakes litigation.

Paralegals - Minimum of 5 years experience in complex commercial or securities litigation. Must have knowledge of legal cite-checking, preparation of pleadings for filing in federal and state courts, online research and legal technology including Westlaw/Lexis and litigation support software.  Must be highly organized to manage large document productions with strong attention to detail and the ability to self-manage and meet deadlines.
