G&E was founded in 1997 by Jay W. Eisenhofer and Stuart M. Grant, formerly the resident litigation partners of Philadelphia-based Blank Rome Comisky & McCauley. Prior to that, they had been litigators in the Wilmington office of the nationally prominent firm of Skadden, Arps, Slate, Meagher & Flom LLP. Over the years, the firm’s partners have gained international reputations in securities and corporate litigation.
