Topics covered throught the program include:
• Setting up or defeating summary judgment
• Getting complete and comprehensive answers to your questions
• Exhaustively identifying sources of information
• Closing off avenues of escape and getting what you need for cross-examination
• Using the deposition to test case theories and strategies
• Successfully dealing with difficult or argumentative opposing counsel
• Working with court reporters to create the best record
• Knowing when, and how, to object during a deposition
• Using video technology to effectively take “Distance” or remote depositions
