Overview
Samantha Breitner focuses on civil rights litigation, primarily in the area of sexual abuse and Child Victim’s Act cases.
Along with the other dedicated professionals on G&E’s Sexual Abuse team, Samantha works on matters mostly involving Catholic church abuse survivors, some of whom are now in their 70s, abused as children. She drafts briefs, oversees discovery and other case aspects, and generally helps keep the matters moving forward.
Prior to joining G&E, Samantha worked at a complex litigation law firm in New York practicing securities litigation and representing adult survivors of sexual abuse.
