Edwards

While Grant & Eisenhofer is mighty, it is still small and personalized enough that you really get to make—and see—your contribution. It is an honor to work with people who help others seek accountability and obtain justice.

Overview

Gerald Edwards focuses his practice on large-scale corporate litigation involving matters that can involve hundreds or thousands of individuals with millions or billions of dollars at stake.

Litigation can often involve a complex information and document discovery process, and Gerald manages this process by assembling, organizing, reviewing, selecting, and summarizing relevant and important case documents. An attorney with strong computer and data analytics knowledge and good communications skills, he is able to employ these skills to help produce desired results.

Prior to joining G&E, Gerald was a staff attorney at the New York office of a national complex litigation law firm, focusing on corporate and business law, as well as securities fraud matters. Before that, he worked as an attorney and analyst for several years with various global investment firms in the areas of corporate and securities law, investment management and banking, securities trading, compliance, and investment fraud.
