Overview

Vincent J. Pontrello focuses his practice on class action securities fraud litigation, as well as class actions asserting common law fraud and aiding-and-abetting claims. He is also a member of G&E’s case-starting team, where he works with institutional investor clients to initiate new securities fraud class actions and pursue appointment as lead plaintiff and lead counsel. Vincent also supports G&E’s work in cryptocurrency class actions, contributing research and analysis in this rapidly developing area of law.

Vincent has contributed meaningfully to achieving significant recoveries for the firm’s clients, including in class actions against General Electric Company ($362.5 million recovery), GPB Capital Holdings, LLC ($46 million recovery), Block.one ($22 million recovery), and Celsius Holdings, Inc. ($7.9 million recovery). He is currently a key member of G&E’s litigation teams prosecuting several high-impact matters, including securities class actions against AppLovin Corporation, Lamb Weston Holdings, Inc., Inari Medical, Inc., and BioXcel Therapeautics, Inc.

Prior to joining G&E, Vincent was an associate attorney at a New York firm practicing insurance fraud litigation.
