Overview
Kimberly (Kim) Schwarz focuses her practice on complex pharmaceutical and medical device litigation.
In addition to her client-side case work, she also serves as an operational project manager for the mass torts department, overseeing case-related projects, the client services and paralegal staff and related interactions between the attorneys, paralegals and client services staff.
Kim recently spearheaded the department’s transition to a new case management system, working with the developer on workflows and other aspects to customize the software, and then creating an accompanying instruction manual. She also serves as the liaison between the firm and referral firms and oversees and manages the intake department.
