Stein

It has been fascinating to get a behind-the-scenes look at how corporate America operates. My father recently retired on a union pension, so I find it both motivating and rewarding to be pursuing securities fraud cases on behalf of large pension funds that serve construction workers, teachers, firefighters and public sector employees.

Overview

Cecilia Stein focuses her practice primarily on litigating securities fraud cases.

Her role includes a range of litigation matters including, preparing for and taking depositions, writing complaints and briefs, attending and preparing for oral arguments, and generally anticipating needs and next required steps as cases progress towards trial. She has also worked on several appeals.

Prior to joining Grant & Eisenhofer, Cecilia interned for Legal Services NYC, the NYC Human Rights Commission and the G&E ESG institute.
