Overview
Thomas’ practice focuses on the representation of litigation trustees, in matters involving, among other things, fraudulent transfer, fiduciary duty, unlawful dividend claims, and corporate governance claims both in the U.S. and internationally.
With a well-built foundation in bankruptcy law, he offers extensive experience in Chapter 11 plans of reorganization, valuation, plan confirmation proceedings, and other matters associated with bankruptcy-related litigation.
Prior to joining G&E, Thomas was an intern for the Honorable Judge Casey at the Norfolk County Probate and Family Court located in Canton, Massachusetts.
