G&E Attorney Named Vice Chair of American Bar Association Environment, Energy, & Resources Section

Last week, G&E senior counsel Kyle Landis-Marinello was officially appointed to the Vice Chair position of the American Bar Association’s Section of Environment, Energy, & Resources. Kyle has also served as the Section’s Education Officer, Secretary, Council member, and Conference Planning Chair, and he was the recipient of the Section Chair’s annual public service award in 2023. A frequent speaker at bar association events, Kyle has worked for nearly two decades to help states and municipalities hold corporations accountable for harm they have caused to people and the environment.
