G&E Files Suit over Wrongful Death of Navy Linguist

Steve Kelly and Elizabeth Bailey, G&E attorneys for the family of Joshua VanderZiel, a 21-year-old U.S. Navy Russian-language specialist who died during a police chase, have filed a lawsuit over his death. Joshua was killed in a crash during an unauthorized police pursuit in 2024. The lawsuit seeks damages related to negligence and wrongful death caused by the crash.
