Liz Bailey focuses on catastrophic injury litigation. She leads the firm’s catastrophic single incident injury team.
Liz tenaciously pursues accountability and compensation from those responsible for her clients’ injuries. Her clients have suffered from corporate and professional negligence, defective consumer and industrial products, and workplace injuries. She has also represented student sexual assault survivors and student-survivor organizations in cases of alleged sexual discrimination, harassment and violence on campuses. As she puts it, “I am always ready for a fight, no matter how big the opponent.”
