Chiacchiere

International securities disputes require a worldwide, team approach. I strive to serve my client’s needs no matter the location or legal system.

Overview

Mark Chiacchiere handles international securities disputes, either via trial or arbitration, for institutional investors such as mutual fund companies, securities firms, state pension funds and foreign wealth offices.

A number of Mark’s responsibilities center around the corporate existence of the firm’s clients. This includes procedurally establishing that each client is a valid legal entity; that it has the authority to operate in all relevant jurisdictions; and that the firm, in turn, has the authority to act on the client’s behalf in each country. He also works directly with clients, gathering all necessary information and providing regular updates as cases move forward.

Prior to joining G&E, Mark worked with multiple national law firms, focusing on providing complex commercial litigation services in corporate and business law, pharmaceutical class actions and securities fraud matters.
