Securities litigation practice is dually rewarding, allowing me to give back from a societal perspective, while also working on some of most intellectually stimulating and highly nuanced matters in the law.
Overview
Theodore David focuses his practice on U.S. securities fraud litigation, including complex matters ranging from biotechnology to e-commerce.
Prior to joining Grant & Eisenhofer full time, Theodore was a summer associate for the Firm. He also interned for a Maryland Circuit Court judge, which provided a valuable behind-the-scenes perspective on how cases progress, and how judges approach their analysis. In law school, Theodore was an editor of the Maryland Law Review and won two awards for best brief as part of the Moot Court Board.
