In preparation for litigation, Demetrius conducts comprehensive legal research and strategic factual development, including drafting Section 220 demands and complaints. He evaluates the viability of potential claims, advises on litigation posture, and drafts memoranda and pleadings. In addition, he has experience handling Special Purpose Acquisition Company (SPAC) cases.
