Dearden

The privilege of advocating for and helping our clients drives my practice. Guiding clients through the litigation progression step by step and ensuring that they understand, are comfortable with, and know they are a part of the process is of the utmost importance to me. I view being a strong advocate and a listening ear as fundamental to my practice of law. I am fortunate to be a part of a firm that shares the same commitment to its clients and zealous advocacy.

Overview

Chelsea focuses her practice on complex and mass tort litigation.

Additionally, much of Chelsea’s work centers around child victims and clergy litigation as well as sexual/assault harassment litigation. She works closely with survivors, helping them navigate both the legal process and the emotional weight that accompanies it. As a former behavioral therapist, Chelsea brings sensitivity and trauma-informed understanding to her role.

Chelsea also contributes to the firm’s medical malpractice, single incident and broader mass tort matters. Chelsea appreciates the collaborative nature of Grant & Eisenhofer’s employees which ensures effective and successful client representation.

Prior to joining Grant & Eisenhofer, Chelsea worked as an associate at a Pennsylvania firm where she spent seven years handling personal injury, premises liability, product liability, commercial tort and contract matters. While working there, she regularly argued motions in court, represented clients at arbitrations, mediations and settlement conferences and during depositions.

Outside the Office

Outside the office, I enjoy yoga and all things outdoors, especially hiking, camping and gardening. I also love spending time with friends and family and my two cats.
