Eisler

Clients experiencing harmful anticompetitive behavior need lawyers with experience and good judgment. They also need attorneys who communicate effectively and persuasively with all stakeholders—from judges and juries, to the experts who help determine liability and damages, to opposing counsel.

Overview

Robert Eisler’s clients include businesses in price fixing litigation and union health and welfare funds who have been overcharged for pharmaceuticals they have reimbursed for their members. He also represents state, city, and county governments in cases involving collusion by banks in the sale of bonds and other securities.

However their cases originate, clients appreciate Robert’s responsiveness and commitment to client service. From the inception of the litigation through settlement or trial, he strives to keep clients continuously apprised, and to make the process as painless as possible.
