Elder

I approach every case with creativity, attention to detail, and a competitiveness that I’ve had since youth. I believe in outworking the other side, no matter how many hours that takes.

Overview

Kelly Elder represents children and families in birth injury and birth trauma litigation.

After her federal clerkship and five years at a firm in Raleigh, North Carolina where she represented clients injured by medical negligence, Kelly joined the birth injury litigation group at Grant & Eisenhofer. Since she began her legal career, Kelly has been passionate about serving those injured by negligence and fighting as hard as they do every day. She is empathetic, embraces hard work, and is committed to obtaining the maximum recovery and benefits possible under the law for our clients.

Areas of Focus

Outside the Office

Outside of the office, I enjoy going to the movies, reading, and playing fetch with my dog (who loves her frisbee).
