Farcas

I am naturally energetic, but it’s hard not to get impassioned when you’re fighting the good fight. I love people and I hate to see them devastated by events that did not have to happen, but for sheer corporate carelessness or greed. I know my colleagues feel the same way, and that’s why we’re here.

Overview

Tudor Farcas engages in complex pharmaceutical and medical device litigation, as well as environmental toxic tort, medical malpractice and large catastrophic cases.

Tudor has worked on some of the largest litigations in the country – for example, the Norfolk Southern trail derailment case in East Palestine, in which the firm took the leadership role, as well as the Tenofovir mass tort proceedings.

Prior to joining Grant & Eisenhofer, Tudor was an associate at the Philadelphia office of a national defense litigation law firm defending general liability claims including mass tort, products liability and personal injury. He also was a law clerk to the Honorable Mark I. Bernstein, assisting with complex proceedings in national mass tort cases regarding pharmaceutical products and medical devices.
