I love people and I hate to see them devastated by events that did not have to happen, but for sheer corporate carelessness or greed. Tudor Farcas engages in complex pharmaceutical and medical device litigation, as well as environmental toxic tort, medical malpractice and large catastrophic cases.
Tudor has worked on some of the largest litigations in the country – for example, the Norfolk Southern trail derailment case in East Palestine, in which the firm took the leadership role, as well as the Tenofovir mass tort proceedings.
