Felderman

We don’t take on just any corporate or securities matters—and our clients wouldn’t want us to. My wide range of litigation roles have left me with a very precise and strategic understanding of exactly what to look for when assessing a case’s potential, to increase the odds of success and maximize the recovery for our clients and the class.

Overview

David Felderman focuses his current practice primarily on case development within the firm’s Securities and Delaware Chancery groups.

In this role, David applies his wealth of experience, and a host of balanced legal and practical factors, to find and recommend those cases that will be most likely to achieve the best results for firm clients.

Prior to joining Grant & Eisenhofer, David worked at a New York-based law firm where he handled plaintiff-side antitrust class action and qui tam litigation. Before that, for nearly two decades, he was a securities and antitrust litigator at a Philadelphia-based plaintiff-side class action law firm, where he also ran the day-to-day operations of that firm’s Global Portfolio Monitoring Platform. He also has experience counseling clients with respect to international securities litigation and corporate governance matters.

Outside the Office

Photography has always been more than a serious hobby.  Notably, I was previously represented by a gallery and even had some of my photographs displayed at the Museum of Modern Art in New York I am also an avid book collector with a focus on modern and contemporary art and photography.
