Flannery

In some ways, my role here at G&E feels similar to my former role as a criminal prosecutor. The end goal now is compensation, not incarceration, but both entail fighting for justice on behalf of people who have been harmed by bad actors, which I find extremely rewarding.

Overview

Logan Flannery focuses her practice on complex and mass tort litigation, including cutting-edge cases involving contaminated water and video game addiction.

Prior to joining G&E, Logan worked briefly as an associate attorney focusing on the insurance defense aspect of workers’ compensation issues – an experience that continues to lend valuable insights into defense litigation and settlement strategies. Before that, she was a state prosecutor in the Superior Court of New Jersey, Atlantic County Vicinage, Criminal Division.

Logan particularly enjoys interfacing with clients and taking the time to listen and understand each of their individual stories. During discovery, she is also adept at seeing the file as a whole, ensuring enough evidentiary support exists to move the case forward.

Outside the Office

In my down time, I enjoy Pilates – particularly “the reformer” –  and spending time with husband and daughter.
