Uncovering and proving anti-competitive behavior takes strategy, precision, and creativity. I see it as a real-world, bet-the-company game of Tetris — fitting every piece of evidence perfectly to build a winning case. Luckily, I’m a really good Tetris player. Just ask my wife.
Overview
Chad Holtzman represents clients in high-stakes antitrust, consumer protection, and complex litigation matters where markets, economics, and law intersect. He is committed to recovering damages for businesses and consumers harmed by violations of the federal and state antitrust laws, including price-fixing and monopolization in the pharmaceutical, financial services, commodities and other industries.
Instances of price-fixing in the pharmaceutical space—often known as “pay for delay” cases, in which brand name drug manufacturers pay generic competitors to keep lower-cost drugs off the market—are among Chad’s current areas of focus, as are cases alleging anti-competitive pricing behavior by pharmacy benefit managers.
