Fedors

After significant time spent in public service, a brief term on the defense side further confirmed my passion for being on the ‘side of right’ and finding some measure of redress for people who have been wronged.

Overview

Jonathan Fedors focuses his practice on corporate governance and Delaware Chancery matters.

Jonathan gained significant litigation experience in various roles at the Philadelphia District Attorney’s office, including in the Federal Litigation, Municipal Court, and Diversion Units. While in the Federal Litigation unit, he handled mostly federal habeas corporate cases, a complex type of post-conviction litigation. In the Municipal Court Unit, he also had the opportunity to first-chair felony preliminary hearings and misdemeanor bench trials.

Before coming to Grant and Eisenhofer, Jonathan worked briefly at another Philadelphia law firm, focusing on personal injury defense in commercial transportation and premises liability matters. Before becoming a lawyer, he was an academic, teaching writing and literature, skills that continue to help him to create compelling stories for judges and juries today.

Areas of Focus

Outside the Office

Cooking is one of my favorite hobbies, a kind of therapy. Growing up in Northern New Jersey, and eating delicious Italian American food, I became adept at making it and have all but perfected my chicken parm.
