Jonathan Fedors focuses his practice on corporate governance and Delaware Chancery matters.
Jonathan gained significant litigation experience in various roles at the Philadelphia District Attorney’s office, including in the Federal Litigation, Municipal Court, and Diversion Units. While in the Federal Litigation Unit, he handled mostly federal habeas corpus cases, a complex type of post-conviction litigation. In the Municipal Court Unit, he also had the opportunity to first-chair felony preliminary hearings and misdemeanor bench trials.
