Lawrence (Larry) P. Kempner brings years of experience to his corporate governance, securities fraud and consumer protection practice.
As one of the longest standing members of our team, Larry assumes leadership roles in a case’s discovery process, including overseeing teams who review and categorize our case-related databases, sometimes comprising hundreds of thousands of case documents. He is frequently consulted when a particularly nuanced investigation is needed to help develop and support case theories and he takes particular pride in piecing together sets of data into case-breaking patterns of conduct.
