Overview

A corporate governance litigator, Will researches, analyzes, and evaluates potential new stockholder litigation, with a focus on breaches of fiduciary duty and mergers and acquisitions. He also litigates stockholder matters in the Delaware Court of Chancery and other courts.

Will is intently focused on developments in the market and is obsessed with achieving good results for his clients. He always appreciates hearing from concerned investors and market participants seeking to protect their rights.

Will previously worked as an associate in the Delaware office of a national plaintiff’s firm where he represented investors in corporate governance class action and derivative litigation matters in the Delaware Court of Chancery. Prior to that, Will clerked for the Hon. Jennifer Choe-Groves and the Hon. M. Miller Baker at the U.S. Court of International Trade, where he additionally supported sittings by designation on the U.S. Court of Appeals for the Ninth Circuit, the U.S. District Court for the Southern District of New York, and the U.S. District Court for the District of Idaho. Will began his legal career as a paralegal working on False Claims Act investigations and litigation at the U.S. Attorney’s Office for the Southern District of New York.
