Overview
James Puritz represents families and children in birth injury and birth trauma litigation. He also handles general medical malpractice cases across the country.
Prior to joining G&E, Jim was a plaintiff’s trial attorney focusing on medical malpractice and catastrophic loss litigation. Before entering private practice, Jim began his legal career in public service, serving as an Assistant District Attorney in several Massachusetts counties and as Assistant Corporation Counsel for the City of Boston. Jim has tried over fifty jury trials to verdict as first chair.
