Rosenberg

Growing up a blue-collar kid in South Jersey – watching my construction worker dad and others get seriously hurt on the job – instilled in me a lifelong drive to stand up for hardworking people who deserve protection, but too often don’t get it. I’m proud to be part of a firm that shares the same commitment to fighting for those who’ve been wronged.

Overview

Hilary Rosenberg focuses her practice on complex and mass tort litigation.

In cases that can involve thousands of clients stemming from a single incident, Hilary stresses the importance of effective collaboration among team members to ensure the best client representation.

Before going to law school, Hilary worked as a paralegal at a Philadelphia firm that handled construction accidents, something that deeply resonated with her, given her father’s 40-year Local 172/Heavy Highway Construction Union Membership.

Hilary continues to care deeply, and fight zealously, for her clients. In addition to the wide range of matters she now handles under the complex and mass tort umbrella, she would love to re-incorporate some aspect of construction-related work into her practice in the future.

Outside the Office

I started doing jiu jitsu a few years ago and find it to be a very cool outlet for stress. I also love to play the piano, and I am a huge Lord of the Rings fan (as, I came to learn, are a number of my colleagues).
