Sarnelli

I’m driven by one core value: fairness. That’s why I stand up for consumers and stockholders—to make sure corporate power doesn’t go unchecked.

Overview

Experienced litigator Jennifer Sarnelli focuses her practice primarily on stockholder breaches of fiduciary duty, along with consumer and securities fraud matters.

Prior to joining G&E, Ms. Sarnelli litigated stockholder and consumer class and derivative actions at a New York law firm for 15 years. While there, and with G&E serving as co-counsel, she was part of the team that secured a $300 million settlement in In re Renren, Inc. Derivative Litigation, one of the largest cash settlements of a derivative action in history.

Jennifer previously served as a senior research policy advisor and communications specialist for the New Jersey State Legislature/ Assembly Democratic Caucus. Excelling at communicating complex legal concepts in a straightforward fashion, she also worked for a class action expert, drafting notice programs to better reach and inform class members about their legal rights.

In addition, Jennifer served as an intern in the Office of the First Lady during the Clinton Administration, contributing to Hillary Clinton’s speeches during the 1995 government shutdowns.
