Siddiqui

We can’t undo our clients’ injuries, but we can help them and their families get the best care, and live the best lives, they can. Hopefully, our efforts have a preventative impact as well, inspiring greater oversight, communication, and advocacy for better resources, education & training, and smaller doctor-to-patient ratios.

Overview

Haadee Siddiqui represents children and families in birth injury and birth trauma litigation.

Haadee first developed an interest in birth injury law as an undergrad. One of his coaches, a practitioner in the space, described the scope and complexity of her practice so compellingly that, when he saw a job listing for a law clerk role at a Chicago medical malpractice firm that handled birth injury matters, Haadee immediately applied.

A big believer in community involvement and ‘paying things forward,’ Haadee is now an assistant coach of the undergrad mock trial program at DePaul University, teaching litigation procedures and skills—and no doubt similarly sowing seeds that will inspire future litigators in the space.
