Stoltz

I’m skilled at relating to and connecting with people. As a former private investigator, I learned how to get people to talk to me, and to reveal the information I needed to make my client’s case. These soft skills translate directly into being an effective advocate before a jury or a judge, which is where I feel my true strengths lay.

Overview

Adam Stoltz focuses his practice on complex pharmaceutical, medical device and environmental litigation, as well as toxic tort and catastrophic cases, including single incident medical malpractice.

Over the course of his career, Adam has worked to hold corporate wrongdoers accountable for their role in the opioid epidemic, including conducting depositions of key corporate executives at the nation’s fourth largest drug distributor. He has also previously pursued accountability and remedies for victims of human trafficking, utilizing laws imposing liability on hotels and other businesses that might implicitly benefit from such activity.

Prior to joining G&E, Adam was an associate at the New York office of a national litigation firm where he represented individuals and municipalities in plaintiff’s-side products liability, personal injury and civil rights litigation.

And before becoming a lawyer, Adam worked for several years as a private investigator for a criminal defense attorney. This P.I. job trained him to ask—and find answers to—the hard questions, and first ingrained in him an appreciation for facts, which can be the difference between winning and losing a case.

Outside the Office

I have an enormous standard poodle that has, on occasion, accompanied me to the office. I am lobbying to make him the office mascot.
