No one is more innocent, or needs more help, than a child. The issues in this area of the law are often so complex, and these families find themselves navigating a minefield. It is an honor to be a part of this team, guiding families through the litigation process and holding corporate hospitals or other organizations that have caused harm accountable.

Overview

Andrew Vola focuses his practice primarily on representing children and families in birth injury and birth trauma litigation.

Prior to joining Grant & Eisenhofer, Andrew worked with various Chicago law firms focusing primarily on medical malpractice. His work included frequent court appearances, oral arguments, and managing various aspects of pre-trial litigation.

Before college, Mr. Vola enlisted in the United States Army as an Explosive Ordnance Disposal technician and served primarily in Germany, Kuwait, and Missouri. His service included defusing bombs, safely destroying explosive materials, and providing security on multiple occasions for then Vice President Joseph R. Biden.

Outside the Office

When I am not working, I enjoy an occasional game of golf and spending time with my dog, a border collie rescue named Remmy.
