My approach combines a detailed understanding of the legal intricacies involved in bankruptcy litigation, with a drive to provide strategic solutions tailored to each individual client’s unique circumstances, which at times requires out of the box thinking in order to achieve the best possible outcome.

Overview

Thomas’ practice focuses on the representation of litigation trustees, in matters involving, among other things, fraudulent transfer, fiduciary duty, unlawful dividend claims, and corporate governance claims both in the U.S. and internationally.
