Overview
Marc Weinberg works with Grant & Eisenhofer’s institutional investor clients. Prior to joining G&E, Mr. Weinberg spent several years trying insurance defense cases before moving to the area of securities class actions and shareholder litigation. Prior to that, he served for nearly seven years as an Assistant District Attorney for the City of Philadelphia.
Mr. Weinberg is active in a variety of organizations dedicated to serving the institutional investor community and frequently presents on the topics of shareholder fraud, fiduciary duty, and corporate governance issues.
