Nationally recognized for her advocacy on behalf of women and children in birth injury and birth trauma litigation, Lisa Weinstein leads the firm’s Birth Injury Litigation division.
Throughout her career as a plaintiffs’ trial lawyer, Lisa has successfully litigated personal injury, medical malpractice, and birth injury cases resulting in more than $400 million in settlements and verdicts. Among her many achievements is a $12.5 million settlement for a child who suffered brain damage due to lack of oxygen during labor and delivery, along with dozens of additional seven-figure recoveries.
