Lisa Weinstein and Gerald Jowers represented 6-year old Naqah Lake who experienced a brachial plexus injury at birth—rendering his shoulder, arm, and hand useless for life. Lisa and Jerry discussed the trial on its merits as well as the jury’s ultimate decision after a WakeMed resident doctor performed a “never maneuver” during his birth, resulting in the lifelong injury.
