Edith Hanly is an associate at Grant & Eisenhofer, where she focuses her practice on environmental and bankruptcy litigation.
Ms. Hanly recently completed a clerkship with The Honorable Orelia E. Merchant in the U.S. District Court for the Eastern District of New York. Prior to that, she was a litigation associate at a national plaintiff’s law firm practicing environmental litigation.
As a law student, Ms. Hanly was a member of the Tulane Environmental Law Clinic where she represented residents of Louisiana’s “Cancer Alley” in environmental justice litigation and served as an extern for The Honorable Eldon E. Fallon of the U.S. District Court for the Eastern District of Louisiana.
Ms. Hanly earned her J.D. from Tulane University Law School, Order of the Coif, and her B.A. from Oberlin College.
