Ana Martin is an associate at Grant & Eisenhofer where she focuses her practice on environmental litigation. Prior to joining G&E, Ms. Martin earned her Ph.D. in Political Science, specializing in comparative politics and quantitative research methods and completing her dissertation on legislative trends in state and municipal waste disposal policies. She has taught at the undergraduate level and conducted quantitative and qualitative research for government agencies, non-profit organizations, and Fortune 500 companies.
After deciding to pursue a career in law in corporate and public accountability, Ms. Martin completed internships at the United States Securities and Exchange Commission (Division of Enforcement), the Public Company Accounting Oversight Board (Division of Enforcement), the American Civil Liberties Union (Voting Rights Division), and American Oversight.
Ms. Martin earned her J.D. from the University of Maryland Carey School of Law, her Ph.D. and M.A. in Political Science from Georgia State University, and her B.A. from Shorter University.
