Tracy Sepehriazar is an associate at Grant & Eisenhofer who focuses on complex securities fraud litigation in class action cases, as well as appraisal actions. She also has experience handling cases asserting claims under the False Claims Acts. Ms. Sepehriazar received her law degree from the University of Houston Law Center in 2003, where she completed an externship at the Methodist Health Care System. Before joining Grant & Eisenhofer, Ms. Sepehriazar focused her practice on the area of health law. Upon graduating from law school, she worked at a mid-sized firm in Houston where she concentrated primarily on asbestos litigation. She also she worked for a small transactional health law firm in San Antonio, Texas.
Ms. Sepehriazar received her B.S. in Business Administration with a Concentration in International Business Management from Goldey-Beacom College in 1997, where she graduated magna cum laude. Prior to entering law school, Ms. Sepehriazar gained business experience as an analyst at JP Morgan. Upon relocating to Texas, she continued to pursue a career in the financial industry while obtaining her law degree. Ms. Sepehriazar is a member of the Delaware Bar Association.
