Block.One, Blumer and Larimer, Civ No. 1:20-cv-2809, and Crypto Assets Opportunity Fund, et al. v. Block.One, Blumer, Larimer, Grigg and Pierce, Civ. No. 1:20-cv-3829 before Judge Kaplan in the Southern District of New York. The Parties have reached an agreement to settle the action for a payment by block.one of $27.5 million cash for the benefit of the class. The settlement must be approved by the Court.
