Maryland Child Victims Act Lifts Statute of Limitations for Child Sex Abuse Survivors
Following a historic vote, the Maryland Child Victims Act of 2023 has lifted the statute of limitations for childhood sexual abuse survivors. G&E, along with Jenner Law and Baird, Mandalas, Brockstedt, Federico & Cardea, are jointly representing survivors of abuse by the Archdiocese of Baltimore, and this breakthrough will finally allow survivors to seek justice.
