AMC Stockholders Secure Major Settlement as Part of Recapitalization

AMC stockholders reached an agreement with the company to grant one share of common stock for every 7.5 shares held following AMC’s planned 1 to 10 reverse split. The settlement will allow AMC to proceed with its recapitalization and was valued at more than $100 million based on recent pre-announcement trading prices of AMC securities.
